Their smooth surface reduces pilling, while their natural elasticity allows the hat to retain its shape over time. WE DON'T TAKE THE HARD TO MAINTAIN IT
Your alpaca wool hat doesn't require much. Wash it by hand or in the washing machine (wool program, 30°C max) with a mild detergent , then let it dry flat in the open air. Simple, quick, and it stays impeccable.

Sourced directly from the altiplano, our alpaca wool is carefully selected for its exceptional qualities. The fibres are then spun and woven to Oneo Tek 100 standards, guaranteeing a textile free from harmful substances and respectful of the environment.
Each beanie is carefully crafted in Peru, where exceptional raw materials meet unique craftsmanship. It's a rigorous process that guarantees that every hat is made from the finest Altiplano wool.
KNOW-HOW FROM THE ALTIPLANO
The manufacturing process for each hat begins with a rigorous selection of wools in the Altiplano, where alpaca fibres are of the highest quality. The wools are carefully sorted, cleaned and then dyed to produce rich, long-lasting colours.
Then the fibres are precisely spun and knitted, while preserving the natural qualities of the wool. The final stage consists of meticulous quality checks to ensure that each hat offers warmth, comfort and durability.
Because we are particularly involved in this cause, the project Flemar supports the employment of people with disabilities.

DELIVERY AND EXCHANGES
DELIVERY
European delivery: No hidden costs at Flemar, delivery is not voluntary and we don't want you to think it's free. The hats are dispatched from Brussels, and delivery terms vary according to destination: Belgium (€4.30) 1 to 3 working days - France, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany (€4.90) 2 to 7 working days - Rest of EU + UK (€8.40) 3 to 10 working days.
Rest of the world: We do our utmost to ensure that the whole world can enjoy the joy of wearing Flemar. We can service non-EU countries on request, please contact us for non-EU deliveries.
EXCHANGE
We hope you love your Flemar hat. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, it is very easy to return it thanks to our 30-day return policy.
Within 30 days of receiving your order, you can send back the hat you wish to return and we will either exchange it or refund the amount paid. You are responsible for the return postage costs (unless the error was made by us, of course).
